Aligned to the Export and License vision and strategy, will support our ambition to become First Choice for Consumers and customers. The role is also accountable for the Supply Chain aspects of innovations, new stock keeping units (SKUs), new customer set up, budget control and execution as well as the identification and delivery of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & Licence. The role main purpose is to support all Export Projects from Supply chain perspective and to lead any project initiated by Supply chain. The role of Export Forecasting & Projects Manager is also responsible for supporting the Sales and operations planning process for Export & Licence and for the accuracy and timely submission of forecasts to production locations in the CZ and MCCE (where applicable for MCE E&L)
Leading Supply Chain optimization and supporting commercial projects. Implementation of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & Licence Supply Chain.
Manage the cost base of the department and budget execution robustly and also ensure that the costs we influence in the production locations are visible and managed well
Ensure supply chain reacts flexibly and at pace to Commercial requests and business opportunities
Support innovations and projects deployment to market at pace and with discipline in coordination with Export manager and commercial managers
Reporting and management of associated KPIs. Control and reporting of CAPEX spend related to MCE E&L
Day to day running of Projects approval and governance process for Export & Licence. Participate and lead START process for MCE E&L
Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Commercial, Legal, Tax, Logistics) across the MCE footprint. Influence other stakeholders to deliver successfully business plans.
