  • The Media Manager is a critically important role in the US Marketing organization. We are looking for subject-matter experts and thought-leaders in the media space that can translate the strategic objectives of our brands in a high-performing plan that can drive the desired results.
  • The Media Manager will guide the budgeting, planning, and execution of the media campaigns supporting the most iconic brands in the Anheuser-Busch portfolio. He/she will work in close contact with our media agency and partners, coordinating resource allocations and defining priorities.
  • The ideal candidate has an obsession with driving results but also finding new ways of doing things in the media and marketing space. We are looking for a data-driven individual that is willing to dive into multiple resources to gauge the competitive trends and gather consumer insights that will allow to unlock key strategic opportunities.
  • Communication is a critical aspect of the job: the Senior Media Manager needs to clearly communicate priorities, opportunities, guidelines, and rationale of the decisions taken to a technical and non-technical audience that ranges from C-level executives to junior employees, using multiple formats (presentations, email, reports, briefings, and face-to-face conversations).

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of Media experience within a Media agency or B2C company, preferably in the CPG space.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and emerging media platforms and planning principles (buying, content, measurement), marketing mix development and media understanding, media/campaign evaluation, and brand health tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in statistics, experimental design, survey creation and analysis, qualitative research is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and manage parallel projects and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator with ability of building trust and engagement and acting as an influencer at all levels.
  • Clear demonstration of understanding 'acting as an owner' and living it. Feels confident to respectfully challenge existing processes or ways of working.
