Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing, Trade Marketing and Financial teams
  • Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, budget reconciliations and other financial functions.
  • Manage event ticket allocation and tracking for the 8-state region
  • Support office events, including scheduling of meeting spaces, catering, communications, etc.
  • Ensure office is in working order and has necessary supplies and equipment
  • Conduct follow-up on correspondence (mail, e-mails, various messages) regarding marketing events, sponsorships and internal financials.
  • Draft, revise and print management documents and supporting material
  • Make and implement recommendations that can lead to office and process improvements

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • The best candidate for this role will set the tone for the office, constantly striving to make improvements and make the office a better, more efficient place to work
  • Be an owner. Be proactive in taking action to improve the office and processes we use. Take initiative and drive projects through to completion
  • Must be a good communicator and extremely well organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Must be proficient with Excel to manage the financial portions of the role.
  • Preferably 5 years+ experience in a similar position
