SALARY: $125,600-$149,150, bonus and LTI eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Director of Algorithm Selling is the commercial product owner of the algorithms that power BEES, ABI’s global digital B2B platform for retailers. BEES enables retailers to browse products, place orders, and pay invoices (where legal) at their convenience 24/7. Additionally, BEES US covers a broad product suite, including the Campaign Portal within ABWP, Chain Execution Tool, Payment Portals, and EDI. These tools are ultimately responsible for the full digitization of the US POC universe.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for defining the backlog for all BEES algorithm products (including Upsell, Quick Order, Out of Stock Recommendations, and any new methods)
  • In partnership with Global and 3rd party providers, responsible for deployment and expansion of Algo Selling Tools across BEES and M360.
  • Work with internal teams and 3rd party providers to ensure quality data inputs to Algorithm tools and adjust, as necessary.
  • Works with Arena & other development teams to define necessary technical improvements for AI/ML requirements within product algorithm.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, ideally in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative degree.
  • 5-8 Years of Technology, promo / revenue, data science, ML, AI, etc.
  • Highly organized (preferable if familiar with project management software – e.g., JIRA)
  • Familiarity with data science & machine learning industry trends
  • Familiarity with UI / UX & Product improvement skillset
  • Skilled at holding third parties and internal / external counterparts accountable.
  • Familiarity with three-tier system preferred
  • Some Travel Required: ~20%
