SALARY: $79,200-$94,050, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

Work cross-functionally across Logistics, Finance and Tech teams to maintain proper inventory reporting for interplant shipments across our brewery and distribution center network. Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory and perform manual corrections to support proper internal controls and reporting. Manage virtual warehouse inventory and resolve any gaps in reporting. Support diverse stakeholder teams to ensure accurate inventory and financial records for mid-month and month-end close activities. Report and maintain several KPIs for supply chain and finance teams.


JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Responsible for monitoring and correcting aging in-transit shipments for dedicated, over-the-road and import/export transportation across ABI network.
  • Responsible for identifying aging stock in 04DP virtual warehouse for non-brewery/DC shipments and performing root cause analysis and inventory correction as needed.
  • Proactively identify inventory receipt issues within SAP and resolve using best practices.
  • Support ABI network warehouses by assisting with review of inventory discrepancies and recommending or taking corrective action.
  • Regularly compile and maintain accurate reporting of financials and records of actions.
  • Assemble monthly and quarterly KPI reports for minimum internal controls.
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert in SAP Inventory Reporting for Logistics and Finance teams.
  • Work effectively as a team member within the logistics execution team. Actively participate in a positive manner to execute, support, monitor, and achieve Logistics KPIs and goals.
  • Identify and implement process changes that result in improved execution in day-to-day activities.
  • Address operational topics with sense of urgency and make sure operations are servicing internal SLA’s.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related degree
  • 1-3 years Logistics or Supply Chain experience required. Previous accounting or finance experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and good analytical skills with the ability to successfully juggle competing priorities and sometimes conflicting goals
  • High Excel skills & SAP experience required, Power BI and SQL querying knowledge preferred
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive positive results in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
