SALARY: $59,856.00-$77,438.70

Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Post-Production Coordinator to join draftLine LA, our in-house marketing agency. The Coordinator will help to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Post Department, working closely with and reporting to the Post Producer. We’re looking for a highly personable, resilient, and organized candidate who is extremely knowledgeable of post workflows. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once across various channels and timelines.
From brief to final deliverable, you will help to guide editorial projects according to their budgets, resources, and timelines. You’ll help ensure that the entire project runs smoothly across not just editorial, but project management, creative, and strategy. You’ll work with editors and producers to overcome challenges and deliver best in class work.


  • Assist and support the producers and edit staff to ensure all projects deliver on time
  • Manage and track schedules for all editors across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Take notes from meetings and reviews and relay them to all relevant parties
  • Forecast and overcome logistical obstacles
  • Organize our current content on
  • QC all content with the producer


  • 2+ years relevant experience in a professional environment
  • Thorough understanding and enthusiasm for post-production and its workflows
  • An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite of applications
    Familiarity with finishing workflows (mix, color, VFX, conform, online)
  • Strong time management & communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and equivalents
