  • Supervise, train, motivate, coach and lead by example for part-time team members.
  • Conduct weekly/ daily chat ins to update the team on sales and upcoming events.
  • Engaging with guests by persuading their buying habits with company knowledge of products.
  • Ensure that all incoming shipments are displayed on the sales floor once received.
  • Maintain sales floor and make sure that all displays are functional and ADA compliant and have proper price signs for STL GS & CC.
  • Check all marketing and signage weekly. Make updates as needed.
  • Maintain display cleanliness and appealing visual appearance.
  • Monitor in stock merchandise to make sure all items are moving. Suggest recommended mark downs when needed to the supervisor.
  • Conduct training on the engraving machine, assist with troubleshooting and equipment ordering when needed.
  • Upkeep of Decal (label) printing machine: Including ordering supplies, Ink, etc.
  • Oversee all POS maintenance. Coordinate and train new team members on the POS in the STL Gift Shop.
  • Assist in the store scheduling.
  • Assist in receiving ensuring that all boxes have been delivered by printing PO’s.
  • Clean, organize and maintain the receiving area.
  • Tag, count, and verify all records of shipments are received.
  • Assist in warehouse to ensure all incoming shipments are placed in the warehouse properly.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Job Qualifications

  • One year of retail management
  • 2 years of customer service experience in retail
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule up to 30 hours a week
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience training and coaching others
  • Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
  • Personable and outgoing
