  • Challenging assumptions in seeking cost savings within the plant. Seeking and supporting problem solving opportunities, while being an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives to validate and review proposed savings.
  • Coordinating reporting of actuals (including organizing and leading timeliness and completeness of month-end close); and forecasting for the facility; ensuring transparency of these processes; following up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, partnering with the Senior Management team and productions team to meet targets; ensuring Anheuser-Busch financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with Plant Engineer to develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests.
  • Ensuring clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and compliance of internal controls.
  • Coaching and developing the plant personnel as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning, recruitment, and learning and development.
  • Promoting a deep understanding of financial key figures and packaged within the facility, and communicating information on variances and actuals to colleagues remotely.
  • Leading the facility on Lean Manufacturing concepts in different areas of the facility in order to identify opportunities and use Continuous improvement tools to close gaps.
  • Build and monitor monthly an annualized budget to include Revenues, Cost of Goods Sold, Variable Costs and Fixed costs in addition to Key Performance Indicators representing facility success.
  • Manage and coach administrative team, handling inventory management, human resource obligations, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Serve as human resource expert and provide guidance to management on various aspects of employment law (Family and Medical Leave Act, American with Disabilities Act, sexual harassment, disciplinary procedures, etc.) and internal company policy and procedure.
  • Oversee all people cycle processes, such as workforce planning, talent development, recruitment, skills assessments and engagement activities for the facility.
  • Train leadership in and oversee employee management, payroll, and hiring processes.
  • Provide direction with regards to employee relations, policy interpretation and disciplinary procedures.
  • Execute HR tactical work (master data reviews and updates, regular budget reviews, opening tickets for hardware/software, routine communications around important date reminders, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • BS Degree in Accounting (preferred), MIS, Operations Management, or Business Management/Administration.
  • 3-5 Years of work experience in Accounting or related field.
