  • Lead Sales & Operation (S&OP) meetings for local branches ensuring full integration of commercial strategy into operations teams execution plan
  • Acquire, construct, and analyze demand data utilizing SQL, SAS and Microsoft Access
  • Create and maintain data driven dashboard tracking for all key forecasting metrics in an action oriented format
  • Proactively communicate actual sales trends versus demand scenarios to ensure supply actions are properly executed
  • Analyze multiple sales data sources including IRI to more accurately predict new product launch volume expectations
  • Develop actions plans to minimize out of stocks while reducing finished product loss at branches.
  • Analyze commonly over-forecasted items to limit future supply chain loss at local branches.

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business or Operations Research
  • Broad understanding of demand planning concepts and statistical forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal, business acumen, financial and technical problem solving skills
  • Highly focused on results and providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency required including advanced Excel, Access & PowerPoint skills. SAS preferred.
  • SAP & Logistics Planning systems knowledge & usage a plus; data mining experience desirable
