SALARY: $100,000-118,750

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Manager, Finance for AB ONE OKLAHOMA will lead growth and efficiency strategies in topline execution, financials, budgeting, long-term planning, implementation, and strategic analysis for the financial and analytics team. This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing results, developing insightful suggestions for investment, cost reduction, price and promotion management, and efficiencies and influences strategic business decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and Develop routine budgeting of company’s annual Gross Profit Budget, including respective P&L lines (Gross Sales, Discounts, COGS, etc) for the local AB ONE Division
  • Management of monthly Topline processes, including creation of monthly Gross Profit “Latest Estimate” working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including the Anheuser-Busch corporate Financial Planning team, key P&L package owners, and controller teams
  • Manage strategy and usage for all sales and financial tools used by the organization, including VIP, iDig, PowerBI, SAP, etc
  • Manage the internal monthly Business Cycle, including Latest Estimate (LE), Division & National Performance reviews, and Monthly routine management meetings
  • Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to General Management on how to improve company performance
  • Oversee team of Service Analysts (4), as well as Finance Analyst (2), that report via direct line to this role, based locally
  • Align between all functions involved in Business Cycle and coordinate programs and actions needed to implement business initiatives to drive efficiencies
  • Manage, Track, and Implementation of Revenue guidelines including proper Price Architecture, Discounts strategy, and Product Mix / Assortment maximization, in particular:
  • Ensure price architecture and margin guidelines are being followed
  • Share guidelines on promo calendars (optimal discount depth / lift by pack), including optimization of unsupported discounts with our suppliers
  • Analysis on Promo Efficiency through break even analysis and sales projections
  • Manage the Analyze of sales trends and make recommendations to ensure the greatest possible sales and distribution of products
  • Manage the Analyze in-trade execution with regard to volume goals, finished product loss goals, tap and display survey results
  • Complete Gap Analysis on missed performance targets; develop action plan to address gaps, utilize toolbox to support action plans, set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment
  • Establish and maintain thorough documentation of all AB ONE programs
  • Attend meetings between AB Region office in place of General Manager as needed / required
  • Flexible and available for additional Adhoc project and process needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field.
  • 5-7+ years of business experience in analytical role within FMCG managing multi-site operations
  • Preferred 3-5 years of prior revenue management or sales analytics experience. Previous role in sales / commercial finance highly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large employee organization across Sales and Logistics
  • Results-oriented leader with proven track record of developing Pricing & Promotion or Sales strategies and delivering sustainable results
  • Strong financial analysis skills: You effortlessly track, analyze, and translate data to compelling stories that drive business decisions
  • Strong communicator: From presentation building and skills related to Senior Management exposure, to collaborating with frontline partners to drive growth strategies and efficiencies
  • Highly proficient using financial and analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc... Knowledge of IRI, VIP iDig, SAP systems a plus
