ROLE SUMMARY:
The Anheuser-Busch Tour Center boasts an array of signature tours & experiences, including three National Landmarks ( The Budweiser Clydesdales Stable, The Bevo Packaging plant and the Old Lyon Schoolhouse). As a Trolly Driver you have the opportunity to safely escort guests throughout the tour route and provide a memorable expeirence for the guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely escort guests throughout the tour route
- Comply with all safety and DOT requirements
- Adhere to all pre-trip safety inspections and applicable record keeping
- Utilize ADA on-board equipment
- Willingness to become TIPS certified to responsibly pour samples and assist with tours
- Answer guest questions and provide a memorable experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have a CDL and willing to obtain a passenger certification.
- Must be available to work a flexible work scheduling a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of at least one year of college as of May of the current year.
- Public contact and customer service experience preferred.
