Description
  • Responsible for all aspects of Northeast Region IT Support based out of the New York CSO. Primary critical infrastructure consist of Workplace Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Thin Clients, Mobile Devices, critical end user devices, Projectors and ad hoc devices), Workplace Software (Windows XP, Windows 7, Citrix, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Live Meeting, Office 365 and ad hoc needs), Network Hardware (WAN, LAN and WLAN), Data Center Battery Backup, Video Conferencing and end user support.
  • Will manage Vendor relationships including full-time resources in support of “Business As Usual” IT Support to regional employees, visitors, and supporting services. Align with vendor to maintain all SLA’s and KPI’s to verify all Workplace environments are supported through system maintenance and 3rd level support aligned with Zone IT support team.
  • Act as the Solutions IT Point of Contact to represent the NY CSO and regional offices with respect to IT support and services. Ensure a high quality of service through personal interactions, IT metrics and surveys, and personal experience. Identify and close gaps within areas of responsibility and working with ITSO management team to develop action plans with supporting budget needs. Participate in annual planning, budgeting, CAPEX alignment, and vendor performance reviews.
  • Travel within Region, St. Louis and additional locations as required is expected. Passport and International travel availability as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and a minimum 5 years technical IT experience
  • Expert knowledge and proven leadership ability to provide customer focused support of Information Technologies (Desktop/Laptop, Conference Room, Network and Applications) in a large-scale, enterprise environment. Includes; Workplace Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Thin Clients, Mobile Devices, Projectors), Workplace Software (Windows XP, Windows 7, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Live Meeting, Office 365), Network Hardware (WAN, LAN and WLAN), Data Center equipment, Battery Backup systems, and Video Conferencing.
  • Provide hands-on confidential executive support (EBM, EBM-1, EBM-2, Visitors)
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate plans, project/initiative status, change management and impact to all levels of IT and business units.
  • Demonstrated ability to technically support Information Technology projects/initiative while adhering to budgetary, resource and timeline goals
