Description
  • Organize calendar, travel and meetings for regional vice president (RVP).
  • Manage regional calendars – Zone and regional (North America and Region-wide meetings), People Calendar (visitors/special events), Leadership Team Calendar (reviewed every Monday) and schedule regional calls as needed
  • Support office events – lunch and learns, OPR meetings 1x a year, etc by booking space, ordering food if needed, ensuring meeting owners have correct meeting set up
  • Ensure office has necessary, working supplies and equipment and order or submit tickets for repair if needed
  • Conduct follow-up on correspondence (mail, e-mails, various messages) regarding
  • Plan, organize and take care of logistics as regards to special meetings and other events. Determine schedule of activities and provide relevant follow-up. Prepare material, equipment and documentation
  • Draft, revise and print management documents and supporting material
  • Make and implement recommendations that can lead to office and process improvements

Job Qualifications

  • Be an owner. Be proactive in taking action to improve the office and processes we use. Take initiative and drive projects through to completion
  • Must be a good communicator and extremely well organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Preferably 5 years+ experience in a similar position
