  • Interpret brand campaigns and translate into retail programming, including development of point of sale material, activations, cross-merchandise and promotions etc
  • Partner with brand teams to develop annual trade strategies that help support sales and marketing initiatives, and cascade information accordingly
  • Create sell-in materials for both internal stakeholders and retail partners to ensure buy-in of programming
  • Manage the implementation of brand programming within channels and regions to deliver share growth.
  • Identify and pilot new technologies and opportunities to drive foot traffic/ROS/distribution in partner accounts
  • Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers.
  • KPI's – Program development and execution, brand volume in key markets
  • Attend brewery planning meetings as necessary
  • Travel ~10% of the time

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree Required & 3-5 years OR MBA & 1-2 years Sales and/or marketing experience needed.
  • Experience working within a matrix-organization, preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools, required.
  • Previous alcohol beverage industry experience preferred
  • Creative agency management experience, preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external, required.
