SALARY: $125,000 - $145,000, bonus eligible
LOCATION: Golden Road - LA Brewpub & Brewery (Position will be hybrid between Golden Road Brewery and on-premise locations. Will work nights and weekends.)

ROLE SUMMARY:
Responsible for stewarding the equity of the Mango Cart trademark nationally. Mango Cart is a national Craft Scale brand and is both strategically & commercially significant. The Brand Director is responsible for leading the development of Brand Communications & Content, Sponsorships & Partnerships, Experiential Activations & 360o Integrated Programming across all retail channels. Must have a full and complete understanding of brand management & a natural ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development of an insight-driven annual brand marketing strategy (‘1YP’) as well as manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
- Manage performance of brand team, holding team accountable for assigned responsibilities and projects.
- Analyze brand and competitive trends and recommend actions to be taken.
- Develop all creative briefs that align with brand strategy to create grounded, insight-driven brand proposition for all 1YP projects.
- Review & manage all through the line marketing materials and Trade Assets for Mango Cart including packaging, point-of-sale materials, digital and advertising assets, trade marketing materials, apparel, etc.
- Provide ongoing collaboration, creative input, and design projects with internal and external partners.
- Ensure the annual Experiential Marketing plans including but not limited to activations at venues & stadiums, music & other festivals and other branded events are executed to a world-class standard.
- Ensures ideas and concepts align with marketing objectives and are completed in accordance with timelines and all legal guidelines (both regionally & nationally).
- Create and shape brand messaging and communication of new brand offerings, trademark extensions and innovations.
- Assist in the development and own the execution of the annual marketing plans nationally & regionally.
- Maintain regular, direct line of communication with Senior Management on plan delivery & activation.
- Point of Contact for governance, financial controls, design, and creative agencies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience in brand marketing.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong strategic, analytic, financial, and consumer research skills.
- Working knowledge of the craft beer industry.
- Understanding of the selling process, retail environment, and distribution network.
- Creative problem solver who can be collaborative with a diverse cross-functional team.
- Strategic thinker who can articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.
