INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN (CONTROLS)
Troubleshoot, maintain and modify PLCs and programming to repair, improve and optimize processes.
Troubleshoot and maintain variable speed drive, controlled high speed production equipment.
Repair, install and set up VFDs.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
Able and willing to work 12.25 hour shifts on a 3-on / 3-off schedule. Position rotates between day and night shifts every 8 weeks. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Availability to work mandatory overtime required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Superior attention to safe work practices.
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
3 or more years industrial electrical / programming experience required.
Experience troubleshooting AC/DC drives and high-speed computer-controlled production machinery required.
Knowledge of Servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls.
Excellent computer skills.
AutoCad background a plus.
