Responsibilities:

  • Support the Category Management and Channel Teams in executing Merchandise Planning functions to produce Best in Class planograms for our retail and wholesale partners
  • Develop and analyze merchandise assortments that deliver overall category growth through a combination of internal merchandising tools coupled with retailer specified guidelines
  • Analyze retail and market level data to develop planogram schematics utilizing JDA Space Planning software platform
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities prior to retail project sets such as data cleansing, planogram management, planogram retrieval, reviewing retail and category management guidelines, etc.
  • Develop merchandising processes and tools to ensure deliverables effectively meet retailer specified guidelines
  • Lead merchandising project teams, tracking and presenting results on a weekly basis
  • Validate project teams work and provide feedback to improve quality
  • Learn CPG industry specific sales processes and merchandise strategies through collaborative projects

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Graduate in the field of Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or other equivalent degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in business, marketing, or related field a plus
  • 1+ years’ experience in JDA Space Planning Plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of professionals, strong oral and written communication skills, good judgment, time-management skills, and creativity
  • Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize
  • CPG industry or alcoholic beverage sales experience is a plus
  • Flexible and capable of adapting to rapidly changing situations
  • Ability to lead a project team and deliver results for our customers
