The Headlines:???

In the role of?World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) Quality Pillar Lead working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Brewing and Beverage Quality (BBQ) team.? You will be responsible for providing input into setting the strategy for World Class Supply Chain Quality Pillar for BBQ and will work directly with brewery teams in support of the Quality Pillar in all breweries. You will be the Quality Pillar Subject Matter Expert and Senior Specialist providing communications and material to support the capability build within the breweries. You will represent BBQ on the Corporate WCSC steering team and be the keeper of the BBQ Master Plan, as well as providing publicity/promotion, general education and other communication that increases WCSC and Quality Pillar understanding, drive one-way practices, and accelerate progress of the Quality Pillar across all sites, Canada and the U.S.

This position reports to Director, Manufacturing Quality?and works closely with brewery teams.

The Responsibilities:?

  • Provide capability development for brewery operations personnel

  • Develop training material and subject matter communications

  • Provide monthly status updates to BBQ leadership

  • Provide hands on training and education for brewery teams

  • Support development of overall strategy for Quality Pillar deployment to all breweries

  • Assist in budgetary development

  • Provide timelines for Pillar activation for all breweries


  • You have a?Bachelor’s?degree?OR equivalent experience (4+ years)?in the field of Manufacturing or Supply Chain

  • You have at?least?3+ years working in manufacturing or supply chain related roles

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You?build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome??
