  • Manage, coach, assist, and direct workforce (AB Employees and 3rd party contractors)
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain facility compliance metrics to meet Local, State, and Federal Codes and Anheuser-Busch best practices
  • Coach workforce to maintain the cleanliness of the entire brewery complex
  • Develop and monitor facility inspections, maintenance PMs, and schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet schedules
  • Develop and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facilities management are being followed
  • Lead process improvement and initiate change through use of VPO tools
  • Enforce and promote safe working practices
  • Identify areas to improve facilities maintenance by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions utilizing management system tool and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Manage contractor development and adherence to AB safety requirements for on site contractors

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, or related discipline.
  • Required GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change
  • Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Technical and problem-solving skills (prefer experience in industrial or commercial facilities maintenance - this would include architectural/civil/structural experience in roof construction, masonry construction, HVAC & Controls, electrical power, security/fire alarm systems, fire protection systems, and multi-story building and office facilities maintenance)
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Cost accounting and SAP experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel & Word)
  • Project Management/Construction Management experience
