The Headlines:

In the role of Tel-Sell Quality Representative working in Denver, CO you will be part of the sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring in-market accountabilities, specifically surveying and quality rotation, of all Tel-Sell accounts.

This position reports to the Sr. Sales Manager – Specialty and works closely with our sales and delivery teams.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper rotation of all CDC products on a scheduled rotation cycle in assigned account base; assisting sales reps with product rotation when requested.
  • Maintain communication with account and Tel-Sell Rep of packages that have been identified for discontinuation.
  • Adheres to all CDC safety policies & procedures (training programs, proper PPE, etc.).
  • Survey Tel-Sell accounts and communicate opportunities through Karma call log (POS opportunities, competitive activity and new product presentation).
  • Responsible for A/R compliance when covering routes.
  • Partners with Tel-Sell Representatives and Delivery team to ensure efficient service level at retail.
  • Maintains assigned company vehicle tools and equipment for cleanliness and safety.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within our retailers and customers.
  • Must be able to pass a physical abilities test prior to hire/transfer as position requires continuous lifting of up to 35 lbs. in tight and awkward conditions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid high school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience or similar in the beverage industry preferred.
  • This role requires a valid Driver’s License and MVR must fall within the MillerCoors Pre-Employment Background Screening Guidelines.
  • Must have proven organizational skills and a bias for quality.
