The Headlines:

In the role of Manager – North American CRM Marketing & Data Strategy working in Chicago, IL, you’ll be responsible for creating, developing and executing a consumer-centric, acquisition data strategy and working with the Molson Coors Beverage Company brands to both build and execute experience-based, relationship management strategies across North America.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager – North American Data Strategy and works closely with internal and external stakeholders through the value chain to deliver on strategic intent.

This role will help advance Molson Coors Beverage Company on our journey to becoming a leading, modern marketing company.

The role is one of influence and evangelism, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships throughout Molson Coors Beverage Company and with key partners. This is a high impact role that will work cross functionally with, Brand Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Marketing Analytics & Optimization, IT, and In-House Creative Agency teams to develop a world-class CRM Platform.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Day-to-day management of our consumer-centric data strategy across 1P/2P/3P data sources

  • Identification and oversight of 2P/3P data parternships

  • Building and deploying Data Strategy and Relationship Management (ie CRM) best practices

  • Day-to-day operational ownership of the Molson Coors Relationship Management Brand-Level Initiatives developing strategy, driving release management, building capabilities and executing campaigns.

  • Oversight of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, collaborating with internal business teams to drive results for consumer acquisition, engagement, & retention.

The Other Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of CRM experience with either client, agency, ad tech, or related experience

  • A relevant related Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Have experience with data acquisition, direct marketing program development (paid and owned channels), including management of a CRM platform

  • Experience working on global brands and/or Canada and LATAM

  • Experience in Alcohol and/or CPG is preferred

  • Fully understand the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data landscape and its effect on marketing strategy

  • Knowledge of digital policy and national/local data privacy regulation (e.g. CCPA)

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and their use, experience in execution preferred

  • Ability to manage self and working environment

  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity

  • Able to persuade and negotiate effectively
