  • Collaborate with customers in project efforts, process improvement activities, and cost reduction efforts
  • Analyze current processes, reports, and/or procedures within Facilities and/or the customer area to resolve alternative solutions to streamline and create more effective/efficient solutions
  • Problem solve solutions to issues and advance for resolution as needed
  • Prepare and present results of ongoing facilities analysis
  • Demonstrate commitment towards continuous improvement and willingness to challenge existing practices
  • Own process improvement efforts, improve efficiencies, and successfully execute new processes
  • Apply PDCA tools to solve business problems
  • Maintain job related Process Maps, manuals, and SOPs that support the assigned business units
  • Perform sophisticated facilities duties and associated analysis
  • Responsible for timely completion and customer satisfaction of key processes in support of the facilities
  • Responsible for design creation ideas as requested by AB partners
  • Lead strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the CAPEX initiatives as well as recommends policies, practices, procedures, and process improvements
  • Lead the facility capital budgets communicating updates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies/SOPs that provide clear standards for CAPEX initiatives to drive internal governance and vendor accountability
  • Develop timelines & deliverables for NAZ CAPEX initiatives and ensure vendors/contractors delivering to agreed contract standards
  • Handle relationships with key AB partners including, but not limited to: communications, routines, design workshops, etc.
  • Lead teams of contracted vendors (up to 3 or more at any given time)

Job Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including experience in customer service and vendor management
  • Must be able to interact with customers to analyze requirements and tackle business problems
  • Experience communicating complex data to Sr. Management
  • Experience with construction management and design creation
  • Experience managing projects from programming, design, and implementation to completion
  • Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAD
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Must be familiar with building codes and construction codes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Individual must be a quick learner with high integrity
  • Must have strong project management fundamentals and have the ability to organize and lead multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented with ability to draw relevant and effective conclusions from data analysis
  • Take corrective action to resolve errors or inconsistencies
  • Ability to travel to assigned project areas as needed
