Welcome, greet, and assist guests on merchandise and questions they may have.
Offer great customer service by being approachable throughout entire shift.
Handle guest situations by problem solving and staying positive.
Perform sales transactions and operate a computer based cash register.
Assist guests on sales floor with merchandise information.
Restock store displays and keep warehouse organized.
Receive merchandise and process inventory.
Maintain organization on sales floor by following visual expectations.
Take ownership of zones and lead by example on the sales floor- never just standing around.
Capture email and sign up guests for rewards program.
- able to work all scheduled shifts.
- must have a friendly personality and have a high level of comfort talking to people.

- able to adapt to guest needs and go above and beyond to make their experience unforgettable.

- able to work in a fast pace environment.

- can follow directions and execute flawlessly.
At least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work year round and work a flexible schedule. Working weekdays, weekends, some nights and some holidays is required. We do work around school schedules, but not other employers. This is not a seasonal position.
At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
At least 6 months of cash handling experience and working on a POS system.
Must be outgoing, able to talk to large groups, and engage well with others.
Able to do light lifting up to 35 pounds.
Able to be on your feet for long periods, up to 8 hours.
Able to work at least 20 hours per week.
