Role Overview

Our Manager, Tech Logistics Warehouse will be supporting with Industrial Automation projects at one of our South East Locations, but will be reporting to a manager out of St. Louis. Relocation to the South East region will be necessary.

  • Leading projects in Industrial automation development lifecycles, Developing and maintaining long term business relationships with Suppliers of Automation

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously with a proven ability to present new ideas, lead & deliver business engagements

  • Manages multiple projects and oversees the required daily activities of all projects under their portfolio. Manage executive / leadership communication internally and with business partners.

  • Evaluates the contractual scope of work, field directives and/or scheduling changes. Communicates both technical and business related issues with vendors and internal clients.

  • Accountable to ensure accurate and timely Tracking and Forecasting and Construction Schedule activities on assigned project. Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow.

  • Assist in execution and project management subject matter preparation for large tender proposals;

  • Accountable to ensure the effective and optimal management and administration of project lessons learned;

  • Accountable to ensure that all internal and external project management Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are maintained and reported, as appropriate;

  • Highly effective communicator both verbal and written. Frequently utilizing verbal talent and multiple communication media forms to communicate with project team, subcontractors, end user and other Support Staff.

  • Uses negotiation skills to consistently resolve disputes without the need for elevation.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in construction/automation industry.

  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation installation

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

  • Strong systems experience with knowledge, aptitude and desire to collaborate, design, document and implement processes.

  • Strong verbal, written in presentation and communications Skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadline requirements.

  • Excellent attention to details, and ability to multi-task.

  • Forward-thinking leader that is willing to contribute to our company’s growth and expansion.
