Seasonal Job Description
Position in either Brewing, Operations, Logistics or Quality Assurance
Monitor and operate high speed production equipment
Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas or other parts of facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards.
Perform process quality control checks.
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Reaction Plans and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Operating industrial equipment such as forklifts, in order to load, unload and/or transport packaging materials, raw materials, and finish products
Quality Assurance work in a lab (must have lab experience)
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be willing and able to work any weekday or weekend shift (midnights, days, afternoons)

Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
Ability to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 pounds required.
Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Conditions of seasonal employment are as follows:
Each employee will be limited to 1,000 hours during the stated period.
Training hours will not count toward the 1,000 hour limit.
Seasonal employees do not work toward seniority.
Seasonal employees will not be used on the day shift or offered 12 hour shifts when regulars want to work.
Seasonal employees will be paid
$15.80 per hour
. The appropriate overtime rate will be applicable after 40 hours/week.
Seasonal employees are
for any benefits.
The order of scheduling weekend work will be: regulars, weekenders, and then seasonals.
In the event of a draft, Seasonals are drafted first.
Training & Orientation Requirements:
Seasonal employees must be available for orientation week.Orientation will take place on the daytime shift (7am-3pm).
Seasonal employees must be available to train 40 hrs/week. Training can be completed on any shift- (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am) and is dependent on trainer availability.
Seasonal employees are not guaranteed 40 hours of work per week, every week.
