SALARY: $79,200-$94,050, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The job of Community Manager plays a vital role in creating an unparalleled experience between Anheuser-Busch and its consumers through social media platforms. As a Community Manager, you are responsible for One-on-One consumer interactions, risk mitigation, organic content creation, and much more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of 1-4 direct reports
  • Fully responsible for their development and growth at Anheuser-Busch
  • Hold monthly 1:1s and provide developmental feedback and mentoring
  • Participate in the People Review process and hold necessary meetings with direct reports
  • Work in conjunction with direct reports to manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Extensive understanding of the internet, internet culture & platforms.
  • Manage and execute social media compliance checks and ensure compliance among the team
  • Participate in developing brand social content calendars and provide constructive feedback when needed.
  • Ensure direct reports and team members are hitting monthly goals to achieve desired targets.
  • Responsible for proactively seeking out social opportunities for direct reports and the team to activate on.
  • Own and lead the development of the monthly internal Marketing update & trend forecasting call, including providing topics to cover, assisting with building the content, and presenting the content.
  • Management of Facebook paid ads within Facebook/Meta
  • Lead key monthly reports among the team
  • Proactive and agile mindset to consistently improve team ways of working
  • Live by the Anheuser-Busch Leadership Principles

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent business experience managing social media
  • 2-5 years of experience managing people
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and the internet as a whole
  • Exceptional written and grammar skills
  • Funny and creative
  • High productivity motor, self-starter, and ability to work autonomously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, project management, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Must adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Willingness and ability to work varied hours (nights and weekends)
