  1. A. Hire, train, engage and develop Tour Center and Biergarten employees. This includes front of house, back of house and Tour Guide Team Members
  • Work closely with our People Department to recruit new team members and coordinate interviews
  • Teamwork: be organized and communicate interview and training times and dates
  • Customer Service: work with candidates and employees to make sure needs are communicated clearly and met. This includes attendance policies, employee hand book policies, responsible alcohol consumption training and serve safe training
  • Finance: Keep training budget and supplies up to date. Also Office Manager who orders office supplies for the organization..
  • Computer Skills: Use our any road reservation system, POS systems, and PowerPoint training presentations.
  • Working with other Supervisors, Managers and Leads to help coordinate and support new hires and the on-boarding processes

B.Lead duties

  • Supervise, motivate, direct, teach and coach all facility Team Members
  • Help with disciplinary action with Team Members when needed.
  • Open and close operation.
  • Other duties as directed by a Supervisor/Manager.

Job Qualifications

  • Must either have a bachelor’s degree or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • Job is contingent on passing a background check and possible drug screening.
  • Must be available for full-time including evenings, weekends and some Holidays (min 38-40 hours).
  • Full-Time with benefits and bonuses for goals and achievements met
